Processing Time:  
Orders are generally processed and shipped out in 1 to 2 business days. If you place an order on the weekend or on a holiday it will not be processed until the next business day.

Payment:  
We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express.  
We cannot ship orders by C.O.D.
Returns:
Please review your order information for accuracy before you submit it to us.
Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.  You will need to contact our customer support staff at 800-662-1008 to arrange for a return authorization.  There is a 20% restocking fee to return merchandise to us that is not due to an error we have made.  Should we make an error in processing your order, let us know as soon as possible so that we can get it corrected for you.

Substitutions:
We do not automatically make substitutions on items.

Back Orders:
On occasion we may temporarily run out of stock on an item.  If you have ordered multiple styles on the same order we will ship what is available and backorder the out of stock item.  When that item becomes available we will ship it out to you immediately.


Shipping:

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Strongsville, Ohio.  

We will ship your order by the UPS method you have selected.  

Depending on the state we are shipping to and the method of shipping you have chosen, delivery will be anywhere from 1 to 6 business days.
